Here is a video talking about getting rich using the soham mantra.
God has blessed me by giving me the way to get younger See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeoyGY... God is watching us 24/7, as our innermost self. A sign of that watching is the breath itself. God makes a judgement
wether we breath in or not 26,000 times a day.
There is a more powerful practice that gets results faster. Ask me about the Hamsa mantra.
The SoHam mantra is all about making that reconnection with a personal God. God is both personal and inpersonal and beyond both.
How you would use the mantra would be to make as detailed a description of what you want to achieve with the Soham mantra. When you breath in the energy takes the same path that the awakened Kundalini takes, over the top of the head. The sound that you listen for is the So sound that the breath makes. You have to be quiet. When the energy gets to the ajna chakra, then you image what you want to appear. This is where the long description that you made While you are imaging what you want, hold the breath. Feel as if the breath is pushing against the image, pushing this image into your reality. When you have held the breath only until it is confortable to to exhale: it is always necessary to have complete control of the breath, especially on the exhalation. When you breath out, feel the image going out into yoiur life, becoming real.
You block the left nostril, exhale from the right, and then inhale the right. Block the right, exhale the left, inhale the left. That is one cycle. Initially, you can just keep track of the time, like one minute and finish the cycle after you get to the minute, then later on do counting.
The awakening of the kundalini is always accompanied by retention of the breath. You may have noticed that when you had your kundalini experience, at the time that it started, your breath was very shallow, or stopped.
The end of the video is supposed to say that you relax and feel the flow of the energy. Then you will also feel the slowness of the breath. This breathing exercise is designed to do a number of things. One is to train the student to become aware of the breath as a connection to the prana, and later to the mind. The second to start the process of controlling the breath, by using the breath to clean the nadiis (subtle nerve tubes).
The cleaning of the nerve tubes is more important than the awakening of the Kundalini itself. The kundalini is always awake and active. This is one of the secrets of teaching the kundalini to awaken. It is the student that is asleep to the kundalini. That is what the representation of the kundalini asleep at the base of the spine really means.
Improper control of the breath can lead to very bad habits. These habits can lead to very dangerous situations later on, when the kundalini is awake and active in your life.
During the day when the image that I have shows itself, I remember qhat outcome I wanted, and look for ways to promote that vision you feel that God needs to reward you for all your good works. Share this video and God will reward you. When you get your reward, which will unexpected by you, come back here and tell us how you were rewarded. God will reward you again. This is the combination of the SoHam mantra with the Law of Attraction for bringing prosperity to you. The Law of Attraction is invoked by imaging your business opportunity that you are going to experience in the day ahead.
A note for christians; This is the first mantra mentioned in the Bible "I am that I am" is the phrase God spoke when Moses asked who the burning bush was. Esoterically, the Cabala uses the metaphor of the tree of life to represent Man and God.
to see another video that shows better how to breathe properly, go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKNzaW... You will still have to image the so breathe traveling up the spine and visualizing your objective only at the brow center.
